Prepare to indulge in an extraordinary culinary experience as two architects-turned-chefs, Chef Kuv and Chef Riad of acclaimed restaurant Tahini, join forces for an unforgettable four hands dinner collaboration. Together, these two visionary chefs are rewriting the rules of Middle Eastern cuisine. Chef Riad's Middle Eastern heritage meets Chef Kuv's exploration of Levantine cooking, resulting in a culinary fusion that is as bold as it is delicious. With a shared focus on sharing with friends and family—a cornerstone of Middle Eastern tradition—their collaborative menu promises to be a feast for the senses, showcasing the best of both chefs' talents and culinary philosophies.
