I warmly welcome you to sabahdining, an experience that has been lovingly crafted over seven years of exploration, passion, and discovery. My journey began in the vibrant city of Dubai, led me to a prestigious culinary school in Switzerland, brought me to the bustling streets of New York, the serene beaches of Goa, and back to the heart of Dubai, before finding love in the vibrant city of Bangkok.

This menu is more than just a collection of dishes; it’s a reflection of the diverse cultures and flavors that have shaped my culinary journey. Each course is infused with the love, spice, and warmth that I’ve encountered along the way. I am truly excited to share this part of my life with you.

A few pieces of information for you to keep in mind for your upcoming dinner: 

- Please be on time (8PM), to be considerate to other guests as being late, would affect the experience for all the other guests, also keep in mind around this time there tends to be a lot of traffic, so please make sure you plan your journey accordingly. 

- Feel free to BYOB, I recommend White Wine with the menu. 
- Please feel free to come as you are, there is no dress code. 
- The location will be sent to you 24 hours before the experience. 
- Please make sure you are hungry when you arrive as there will be plenty of food. 
- As this is an open kitchen concept please feel free to ask me any questions while I am cooking for you.

** incase the experience does not go through, you will only be refunded into your splidu account**
