Appetizers
Aged Empanadas: Also known as “Empanadas de anejo”. Inspired by heritage and family tradition, these crispy empanadas stuffed with meat, egg, and chickpeas connect us with Nariño’s rural stories, evoking the spirit of sharing in the community.
Snapper Ceviche: Fresh snapper ceviche with passion fruit and caramelized pineapple. A tribute to the fishermen of the Caribbean coast, whose lives are shaped by the sea and their stories.
Sweet Plantains: Sweet and  plantains with  fresh cheese a brow butter . A simple yet indulgent combination that brings a taste of Colombia's culinary comfort.

Main Courses
Costilla Sancocho: Traditional broth, served by Andean potatoes, carrots, and avocado. This beloved dish captures the flavors of the Andean and Caribbean regions, embodying the essence of Colombian soul food.
Patarasca: Fish fillet with creole sauce, sweet chili peppers, and bell peppers, evoking journeys in the Amazon and the biodiversity of Colombia’s rivers.

Desserts
Arepa with Cheese : Corn arepa with cheese, served with browned butter and condensed milk foam. This dessert speaks to family traditions and the perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors.
