My journey started in Dubai, which then took me to Switzerland, New York, Goa, and back to Dubai, before finding love in Bangkok. This menu reflects the diverse cultures and flavors that have inspired me, and I’m excited to share it with you. This menu is more than just a collection of dishes; it’s a reflection of the diverse cultures and flavors that have shaped my journey as a chef. Each course is infused with the love, spice, and warmth that I’ve encountered along the way. I am truly excited to share this part of my life with you.
A little information for your upcoming experience with sabahdining ! Please be on time (8PM), to be considerate to other guests as being late, would affect the experience for all the other guests, also keep in mind around this time there tends to be a lot of traffic, so please make sure you plan your journey accordingly. - Feel free to BYOB, I recommend White Wine with the menu. Please feel free to come as you are, there is no dress code. The location will be sent to you 24 hours prior to the experience. Please make sure you are hungry when you arrive as there will be plenty of food.
