At Sagra Italian Pastificio, you’ll dive into the art of authentic Italian gnocchi-making. In just two hours, you’ll explore the rich history and traditions of Italian cuisine while mastering the techniques to create your own light, pillowy potato gnocchi from scratch. No experience needed—just a love of Italian food and a readiness to roll up your sleeves!

The workshop has three key parts:

1) Learn: Discover the origins, ingredients, and Italian methods that make pasta truly special.
2) Make: Get hands-on as you mix, knead, and shape your own gnocchi, working in pairs to perfect the process.
3) Taste the pasta: Enjoy a complimentary tasting of Sagra’s finest pasta, freshly prepared by our talented chefs at the end of the session. As a bonus, you’ll get to take home your own handmade gnocchi and pesto. To top it all off, we’ll share our cherished recipes with you, so you can recreate your culinary experience at home.

Guidelines

- Participation: Active participation is at the heart of our workshops! You’ll be rolling, kneading, and shaping alongside your fellow pasta enthusiasts. These sessions are designed to be hands-on and interactive, so get ready to dive right into the pasta-making process. Suitable for ages 12 and above.

- Consumption: While you won't be eating your own handmade pasta during the workshop, you’ll still get to savor samples of the delicious pasta prepared by our expert pasta chefs. And don’t worry—your creations will be carefully packed for you to take home and enjoy later!

- All tools and aprons are provided, and if you fall in love with the process, you’ll have the option to purchase the same pasta equipment and our fresh homemade sauces to enjoy with your pasta later!
