welcome to ōdē! we are so happy to have you! an ōdē is a lyrical poem from ancient greece which was used to celebrate a triumphant individual or victory. to me it's about celebrating ingredients - a way to showcase simplicity, using ingredients as a whole, and connect with a community that appreciates good food. ōdē's goal is to be sustained by a minimal waste kitchen, seasonal produce sourced locally wherever possible, and highlighting beautiful ingredients and the myriad of ways they can be used!
our menu is very straightforward and basically lists the majority of the ingredients used throughout. due to the particularities of the event, ōdē cannot cater to any allergies or food intolerances. it is the guest's responsibility to disclaim any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to confirming their seat. ōdē will not be held liable to any allergic reactions that may occur outside the agreed upon restrictions. the evening will start with a reception bite and cocktail (or mocktail). to those who choose, wine will be served throughout dinner. the menu is designed with drink pairings as i work closely with a sommelier and mixologist to create the perfect flavor profiles. BYOB is not permitted. - no dress code! come as you are :) - if the weather permits, it will be outdoor seating. - if it's raining or otherwise, we will be sitting indoors. my home inside is shoe-free. - i have cats that will be kept in a separate room. minimum of 4 guests is required for each supper. i suggest 2 people per booking for a chance to meet new people, however you may create as many bookings as you'd like. location will be provided upon your booking confirmation. by booking, you consent to share you contact info for easier communication. by using splidu platform and with your on-site permission, you give splidu and the Chef the right to capture photos / videos during the experience to be used as marketing collateral.
