Raised in a bustling home where the kitchen was the heart of family life, his passion for cooking was nurtured by the flavors of my childhood and the recipes passed down from my mother. These dishes, steeped in nostalgia and tradition, have become the foundation of my culinary philosophy, which blends heritage with global inspiration.
This Ramadan, for Generations in the Kitchen, the menu will be an homage to the comforting flavors of my upbringing and life - a dish inspired by the women in my life (grandmother, mother, sister & wife), reimagined with the techniques and influences I have gathered over the years.
It is a celebration of family, of food that tells a story, and of the cherished moments spent around the dinner table!
A few pieces of information for you to keep in mind for your upcoming dinner:
- The exact time of the experience will be based on the local time of sunset which is expected to be about 18:30hrs on the day.
- Please be on time and considerate to other guests that are fasting, as we would need to start the experience on time. Being late would affect the experience for all the other guests. Also, remember that there tends to be a lot of traffic around this time, so please make sure you plan your journey accordingly.
- Please feel free to come as you are, there is no dress code.
- The location will be sent to you 24 hours before the experience.
- Please make sure you are hungry when you arrive as there will be plenty of food.
- As this is an Iftar experience, no alcohol will be permitted.
