PRELUDE;
My mother has been cooking for the last 3 decades and she has fed countless people with such warmth and love in every dish she served. She was my first Chef, and the person who made the kitchen my safe space. Over the years, my mom has started her own way of feeding people through ‘cha.chi kitchen’, with her home made granola, food boxes and a few pop ups in the past.
This menu is more than just a collection of dishes; it’s a combination of all her favorite foods to cook for people which have been the flavors I grew up eating.
Each course is infused with the love, spice, warmth and love that so many people have received.
A few pieces of information for you to keep in mind for your upcoming dinner:
- Please be on time, to be considerate to other guests as being late, would affect the experience for all the other guests, also keep in mind around this time there tends to be a lot of traffic, so please make sure you plan your journey accordingly.
- Please feel free to come as you are, there is no dress code.
- The location will be sent to you 24 hours before the experience.
- Please make sure you are hungry when you arrive as there will be plenty of food.
