This evening we will stay true to classic recipes, with no frills or modern tweaks—just pure, nostalgic flavors that taste exactly as they should. Expect slow-cooked curries, traditional rice and meat dishes, crispy fried treats, steamed fish in banana leaf and indulgent desserts, all carrying the unmistakable essence of Parsi home cooking. A feast of bold flavors, rich history, and warm hospitality, just the way it’s meant to be!
It is a day of feasting on time-honored dishes that bring together the perfect balance of spice, tang, and sweetness—just as tradition intended.
A few important things for your culinary journey:
• The 6 courses will consist of eggs, seafood, meat and chicken. We also offer a vegetarian and vegan menu upon request.
• If you have any food allergies, please do let me know in advance.
• The experience starts once all guests have arrived so please do try and be on time.
• The secret supper club commences at 8:00 PM and the experience lasts for about 2.5 - 3:00 hours.
• The true essence of a supper club is to enjoy a meal and to meet different people. Therefore, a minimum of 4 people have to be at the table for you to get the whole experience.
