In collaboration with hang-w/me - the Dubai-based community known for sparking meaningful connection through curated, soul-filling gatherings.. this intimate dining experience invites you to slow down, show up, and share something real. Together with splidu, hang-w/me brings you Three Homes Ago by Chef Tala: a supper club where food isn’t just served, it speaks.
Chef Tala, an Afro-Palestinian storyteller and culinary artist, draws from the kitchens she’s moved through and the flavors she’s carried across borders. Each dish is rooted in memory, migration, and her family’s pantry. Where what’s preserved becomes sacred, and what’s passed down becomes personal.
This is more than a meal. It’s the third home, built not of bricks, but of people, presence, and shared plates. Come curious. Come open. Let the table do the talking.

hang-w/me started in 2021 when our founder, Osama Mootassem, set out to fill a gap in his city's creative community—what began as a simple Instagram invite led to 70 people showing up at the Abu Dhabi Youth Hub staircase, proving something special was unfolding.
today, hang-w/me is a movement dedicated to building a wholesome & inclusive creative community in the UAE through 12 (& counting) different curated event concepts…
driven by local creatives, brands & businesses, it’s more than a celebration—it’s a space for connection, collaboration & lasting friendships.
