Led by Chef Esteban from GABA and Chef Varun from sabahdining.xyz, sabahdining.xyz brings their signature approach to flavor, blending global influences with nostalgic comfort, into a curated multi-course menu. Each dish is paired with GABA’s refined hospitality and atmospheric charm, creating a seamless fusion of taste, culture, and ambiance.
Expect an intimate setting, limited seats, and an elevated menu paired with artisanal cocktails crafted just for the evening.. this is not just dinner, it's a celebration of heritage and innovation!
