Welcome to Haus of Vo! Please join me for an intimate evening filled with delicious food, good company, and a celebration of flavours from my Mediter-Asia menu, blending the best of Mediterranean and Vietnamese cuisines.
At the start of the night, you are welcome to join a dumpling wrapping masterclass, where I’ll guide you step-by-step as we create beautiful, tasty dumplings together. It’s a fun and friendly way to connect and learn a little kitchen magic!
Throughout the evening, I’ll be serving dishes that are crafted with love—from fresh scallop and caviar with bright Vietnamese nuoc mam, to the rich and comforting vitello tonnato with burnt butter and miso, all the way to hearty German spätzle paired with fragrant lemongrass beef ragout.
