Genovese di Tonno di Cetara
Slow-cooked bluefin tuna from Cetara prepared with Vatolla DOP onions and Dono Dorato extra virgin olive oil. A refined reinterpretation of the traditional Neapolitan Genovese, deep, sweet, and perfectly balanced between land and sea.

Filetto di Spigola alla Griglia
Grilled sea bass fillet with seasonal vegetables, enhanced by a gentle touch of Amalfi lemon oil, a balance of freshness and refinement, inspired by Italy’s coastal cuisine.
