For one exclusive night on 27 of novembre , GABA collaborates with Jiji's Dining, the acclaimed concept by Chef Rayan, known for its mission to modernize and elevate Persian cuisine.
This is a dinner defined by bold intent. Chef Esteban (GABA) and Chef Rayan (Jiji's Dining) present a tasting menu that is a deep conversation: fusing GABA’s technical innovation with Jiji’s soulful, complex flavors of Iran and the Middle East.
