After 25 + years in the kitchen, jumping from diners to fine dining, from catering to casual, each plate a lesson in “what if…”, Chef Tony did something radical: he stopped following recipes.
A self-taught chef guided by instinct and curiosity, he cooks the way jazz musicians play; improvising, riffing, and trusting the rhythm of flavor.
In 2021, he launched Swanky Jars; a little rebellion in a jar. What began as a line of artisan gourmet spreads crafted to elevate every bite, is now evolving into something far greater.
And with Swanky Table, he’s uncapping the next chapter: a secret-supper experience where the menu stays under wraps and creativity runs wild.
Each course is a surprise, each bite tells a story, and no two dinners are ever quite the same.

• The location will be sent to you 24 hours prior to the experience by Splidu. Please keep an eye out.
• By some miracle, JVT has (so far) escaped Dubai’s infamous traffic and paid-parking drama. But let’s be honest, Dubai traffic is like a plot twist; you never see it coming until it’s too late, so do budget time for traffic from the rest of the city.
• Parking is blissfully simple (and free!). You’ll find spots all around the building: on the road next to the supermarket, and behind the building near the playground and tennis court (currently under renovation but still friendly to your car) all just a minute’s walk from the entrance.
• Plan your arrival for 7:45 pm. Dinner begins at 8:00 pm sharp. Please be on time, or be ready to eat at record speed to catch up with everyone else 😊
• Feel free to BYOB (bring your own bottle). Wine and sparkling drinks pair best with the menu.
• Got allergies? Some** can be accommodated with prior notice, just reach out at least 24 hours before booking so the chef can work his magic.
We take your comfort seriously, but creativity does have its limits. Swanky Table won’t be liable for any allergic reactions beyond what’s been discussed in advance.
• Guest Advisory: Our supper club experiences are crafted with adult diners in mind. We kindly request that only guests aged 18 and above attend.
• And for anyone wondering: this is not a shoe-free home. Come as you are; shoes stay on (unless they’re uncomfortable, then we fully support rebellion). Comfort is always on the guest list.
