With & Within Our Food explores Emirati cuisine as a living cultural practice shaped by landscape, movement, and time. Rooted in the land, sea, and mountains of the UAE, Emirati food reflects what emerged from its environment as well as the influences that evolved through trade, migration, and cultural exchange. 

The Culinary House supper club series brings the research into contemporary practice, inviting chefs to interpret Emirati cuisine through themes of landscape, movement, and exchange, presenting it as an evolving and participatory cultural practice rather than a static tradition.
