Experience Summary

So many of you have asked me for this over the years… and I finally found a beautiful space to make it happen: at The Demo Kitchen, in Aramtec Food Services Premises  in Al Quoz 1.

This will be my very first cooking experience, and honestly I want it to feel just like my food feels: warm, relaxed, spontaneous and far away from anything too formal or academic.

We’ll meet at 11am, have a coffee, get to know each other and cook side by side preparing a traditional neapolitan antipasto, a pasta dish and a dessert together. I’ll share some of the simple recipes many of you have loved at my table, along with little tricks that make cooking feel easier, joyful and less intimidating.

And because this is the very first edition, I’m keeping a few little surprises along the way and offering it at a special introductory price of AED 425 per person.

You don’t need to bring anything at all, just come as you are, have fun, and I’ll take care of all the rest !
