For the first edition of our newest collaborative dining series, Chef Jatin, Chef Rayan, and Chef Varun come together supper built around ingredients chosen not by the chefs - but by you!
After a community vote, coconut, miso, and morel were crowned the defining ingredients of the evening. From there, the chefs were challenged to create a unified multi-course menu that weaves all three flavours through one shared table and one shared story.
What unfolds is not just a dinner, but a conversation between three completely different culinary voices layered, unexpected, deeply intentional, and impossible to recreate twice.
And somewhere within the menu, a secret course waits to be discovered.

A few pieces of information for you to keep in mind for your upcoming dinner:
- Please be on time, to be considerate to other guests. Also keep in mind that there tends to be a lot of traffic around this time, so please make sure you plan your journey accordingly.
- Feel free to BYOB.
- Please feel free to come as you are, there is no dress code.
- The location will be sent to you 24 hours prior to the experience.
- You can park in the available street/visitor or in the mosque parking.
