“Bredrens” comes from Caribbean vernacular which means close friends and chosen family. Our dinners are built on that spirit; bringing people together intentionally, over bold, soulful flavors and shared experiences. The menu, the venue, the ambiance, everything is thoughtfully designed to allow strangers to connect over a shared meal and leave as bredrens.
This supper is an intimate, tropical-inspired menu rooted in Caribbean bold punchy flavors; blending citrus, spice, and layered textures, all curated and hosted by Chef Kes, Chef Veny and Chef Zuli.
