Surabhi comes from a deeply creative family, and every menu she creates is designed like a poem, woven with memories, emotions, and unexpected moments. Inspired by her grandmother’s recipes, shaped by a life spent living across six countries and travelling extensively, her new menu “Sufra”which means shared table, brings together her Indian roots with flavours and techniques gathered from around the world.

This is not just a supper for Vegetarians, it is an experience for anyone who loves good food. Her hope is that even the most dedicated meat lovers leave surprised by how beautiful, satisfying, playful and unforgettable plant-forward cuisine can be.

About the Chef:
Surabhi Suri is a World Vegetarian Champion and internationally recognised plant-forward chef. Her culinary talent and innovative approach have taken her creations to prestigious platforms, including curating a plant-forward experience for the Ambani wedding celebrations. 
She continues to redefine plant-forward dining through her supper Sebzee, transforming vegetables into memorable and artistic culinary experiences.

SUFRA is a love letter to those moments.

Inspired by the warmth of Indian hospitality and the generosity of Mediterranean tables, this menu celebrates the harmony between familiar and unexpected. The citrus brightness of Sumac finds its way to the fragrant embrace of Curry Leaves. A comforting Shorba evokes familiar warmth, while herbs & local cheese take on a new identity in the form of Kibbeh, humble Beetroot is elevated into something unexpected, and a nostalgic cup of Karak finds its sweetest expression to end the evening.

Every course has been thoughtfully crafted to celebrate the belief that the simplest ingredients can tell the most extraordinary stories.
