This notice explains how Fused Portal Services (“splidu”, “we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on splidu.com and the splidu mobile applications. It works together with the splidu Privacy Notice, which explains how we handle your personal data under Federal Decree-Law 45/2021. This is a notice, not a contract — you are not asked to sign it, and using the platform is not “acceptance” of anything in it.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the platform recognise your device — for example, to keep you logged in between pages. In our mobile apps, similar technologies (device identifiers and local storage) perform the same functions, and this notice applies to them in the same way.
Essential cookies — always on. These make the platform work: keeping you logged in, remembering your session and language, securing your account against fraudulent logins, and processing payments through our licensed payment providers. The platform cannot function without them, so UAE law does not require consent for them — they are necessary to provide the service you are asking for (PDPL Article 4).
Analytics cookies — only with your consent. These help us understand how the platform is used — which pages are visited and where errors occur — so we can improve it. The information is aggregated and is not used to build advertising profiles.
We do not use advertising or targeting cookies. No cookie on the platform tracks you across other websites to show you advertisements, and we do not share cookie data with advertising networks. If this ever changes, this notice will change first, and such cookies will load only with your prior consent.
Non-essential cookies load only with your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing info@splidu.com. Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies (see its Help section); blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the platform from working.
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them; we set them no longer than needed for their purpose.
Contact info@splidu.com. How we handle personal data collected through cookies — and your rights over it — is described in the splidu Privacy Notice on splidu.com.
Version: 1.0 · Effective: 5 August 2026 · Replaces the Cookies Policy dated 1 December 2022. This document is the “splidu Cookies Policy” referred to in the splidu Customer Terms and elsewhere on the platform.
