At Sebzee by Su, we’re delighted to present SUFRA, our new menu.
It opens with a Pineapple & Curry Leaf Martini, a contrast that resolves into a fragrant harmony.
Followed by melt in your mouth Galouti Kebab that quietly transports you to the streets of Lucknow, served with our whipped Muhammara.
A comforting Lentil and Coconut Shorba comes next. Inspired by Kerala Parippu, this dish brings warmth and comfort to the table.
Then, a soft pause, Green Apple Sorbet, like childhood summers at Grandma's home, where everything was simple and sweet.
The story unfolds with a herby Eggplant Kibbeh and Tomato Moilee, a dish that feels like Dubai and India meeting at the same table.
Next, the Chef’s favourite, a crimson Beetroot Kofta & Saffron Orzo, rich, layered, and nuanced.
It closes, as all good tables do, with a playful dessert, Karak Kulfi, a nostalgic reimagining of Chai, steeped in both Indian and Emirati dining culture, familiar yet unexpected with several hidden surprises.
This is a poetic, quietly surprising menu, designed to leave you with a lasting love for plant-forward food.
