Sa’Cha and LahKee come together for a limited 6-course omakase built around bold flavours, nostalgia, instinct and a few unexpected turns. Pang and Nicolas bring Sa’Cha’s Latin roots and Asian influence, while Mark and Mary bring LahKee’s take on street-food comfort, layered with Japanese precision and the kind of flavours that feel familiar but hit differently.
No labels. No overthinking. Just chefs cooking in their own language and meeting somewhere in the middle for four nights only.
