Born and raised in Dubai, Varun studied Culinary Arts in Switzerland and worked in Michelin-starred kitchens. He later opened Miguel's in Goa, Burger Desi in Dubai, and founded Sabah Dining — a seven-year journey of exploration, passion, and discovery.
