Olive & Thyme brings the warmth of a Levantine family kitchen to Business Bay. Our menu travels between the Lebanese coast and the wider Mediterranean, with mezze made fresh every morning, charcoal grilled meats, slow cooked stews and flatbread baked to order in our stone oven. We cook with the seasons, use good olive oil and plenty of fresh herbs, and serve everything the way it is meant to be eaten: shared, unhurried and with good conversation.
