Designed by Bar Dali’s Beverage Maestro Vitor Hugo Lourenço, this is where you don’t drink to remember... you drink to distort!
Welcome to a place where cocktails hallucinate and food keeps secrets You’ll journey through five curious courses, each a liquid illusion with an edible co-star. Expect cocktails that seduce, mislead, and occasionally bite back. Bubbles may pop with poetry. Smoke might carry a memory. A hashbrown may hold wagyu. Seating is at the bar where you’re part of the performance, up close with the cocktail alchemy. This is not a meal. It’s a mirage you taste.
🍸 21+ only. The cocktails are grown-up and unapologetic. No substitutions. No mocktails. Just magic. 🕰️ Timings are fluid. The experience lasts around 75–90 mins, but time bends. Stay open to the surreal. 📸 You may be captured. Photos & videos will be taken. By attending, you agree to possibly being immortalised mid-sip. 🎭 Seating is limited. 12 guests max per edition. Bar Dali is located at The Opus in Business Bay. There is valet parking or better come by cab as things are going to get very blurry!
