A French Fine Dining 7 Courses Experience

As you enter our home, you will be welcomed with a refreshing homemade Cocktail/Mocktail.

The experience begins with our Amuses Bouche Selection.

For the starter, a Sea bream carpaccio garnished with avocado and a dressing made from aji amarillo, a Latin American chili pepper, lime, and edible flower.

Next, indulge in 3 distinct main courses:
- The first you will be served is delicate french childhood memory : Orzo Pasta Cooked with Parmesan like a risotto, Veal ham, Comte Cheese and Fresh Truffle. 

- Followed by a pan seared Sea Bass with a Ribot emulsion and Baeri Caviar

- And finally, our 'A Table' signature dish, the Beef Rossini, served with a crispy potato galette features a Wagyu beef tenderloin,  seared foie gras and a rich beef jus, with fresh French black truffle.

The famous french cheese platter, reinvented...

To conclude, a gentle dessert - a reinterpretation of the classic Pain Perdu Brioche, "Creme Brulee Style", with Vanilla ice cream, Caramel and Crispy Pecan nuts.
