Chef Kuv founded the concept of a home-based underground dining experience in Dubai by starting the city's first Supper Club as an independent chef. An architect and a musician by training, Kuv is a self-taught cook who has produced several well researched and health focused menus in the last 7 years. He believes in using the culinary medium for storytelling. He is famous for creating over 200 distinctly unique menus and dining experiences featuring over 48 cuisines and micro cuisines from all over the world. A new cuisine and theme is featured each month providing every diner and especially regular KSSC members (repeat customers from over 7 years) with a new experience each time. Chef Kuv heavily features locally grown ingredients from the UAE in his menus furthering his commitment to support local businesses. His particular style of cooking combined with storytelling has affectionately been termed as ‘Kuvisine’ by the club members. As per the Secret Supper format created by Chef Kuv a menu is placed on the table facing downwards throughout the dinner. He leads the guests through a research-rich culinary and cultural narrative introducing each course as it is served while engaging guests to guess the ingredients. Every thoughtful detail including the highly curated tablescape assist with the storytelling even serving as a clue for the menu ingredients. Guests flip over the menu only at dessert. A core value of KSS is promoting open conversations and positive interactions to help nurture communities. This is facilitated by club rules that guests follow throughout the Secret Supper. Guests are also encouraged to share a personal story through an object that is of importance to them. They are banned from asking 3 ‘typical’ questions (mentioned in ‘Guidelines/Information’). The evening ends with Chef Kuv's closing address and a group polaroid photograph.

Plan your arrival from 7.30 pm onwards. Dinner will start by 7.45 pm.
- This is a shoe-free home.

- The experience includes one welcome drink (mocktail or cocktail) curated by Chef Kuv for the menu.
- Secret Supper shall be wrapped 10.45 pm. A Polaroid photo will conclude the evening.
Rules*:
- Bring an object with a story related to it.
- Keep these questions till course 4 at the supper*;

* "Where are you from?"
* "How long have you been in Dubai?"
- Colour dress code - 'party on Bourbon street' (non compulsory, you are welcome to come as you are!)
- Some** major food allergies can be accommodated (within reason).
- You may bring a bottle of grape should you wish to imbibe. Spirits and liquors are NOT allowed.
