About KSSC;
Chef Kuv founded the concept of a home-based underground dining experience in Dubai by starting the city's first Supper Club as an independent chef.

One of the core values of KSS is promoting open conversations and positive interactions to help nurture communities. This is facilitated by club rules that guests follow throughout the Secret Supper. 

For example, guests are not allowed to ask about each other's backgrounds but are instead encouraged to share a personal story through an object that is important to them.

After each guest has shared their story, usually around main-course time, guests take guesses about each other's backgrounds and professions. 

The evening ends with Chef Kuv's closing address and a group Polaroid photograph. 

A menu is placed on the table but kept facing downwards throughout the dinner, flipping it over to reveal the ingredients only at dessert. Chef Kuv also leads the guests through a culinary journey by introducing each course as it is served, encouraging guests to guess the ingredients of the secret menu, and engaging them through a research-rich culinary and cultural narrative. 

All parts of the menus including the ingredients are locally sourced furthering Chef's commitment to supporting local businesses. He believes that even the smallest details in planning and preparation can create a more sustainable and healthier food ecosystem for the individual and the collective.
