Each evening unfolds course by course, with Chef Kuv introducing the story behind each dish as it arrives.
A new menu each month, a new cuisine, the same structure, and Chef Kuv’s own point of view on food, known to regular diners as Kuvisine.
About the Chef
Chef Kuv pioneered Dubai’s supper club culture, hosting the city’s first home-based underground supper club. Self-taught, with an architect’s eye for structure, he has created over 350 original menus drawn from global cuisines and local produce.
What to Expect
Come open, curious, and present. The rest reveals itself at the table.
Location will be revealed 24 hours prior, by splidu. Please keep an eye on your inbox.
Plan your arrival from 7.30 pm onwards. Dinner will begin by 7.45 pm and wrap by 10 pm.
- This is a shoe-free home.
- Go over the rules*.
- Carry an object.
- The experience includes one welcome drink (mocktail or cocktail) curated by Chef Kuv for the menu.
- Polaroid photo signals conclusion of the experience.
