A new menu each month, a new cuisine, the same structure, and Chef Kuv’s own point of view on food, known to regular diners as Kuvisine.
About the Chef
Chef Kuv pioneered Dubai’s supper club culture, hosting the city’s first home-based underground supper club. Self-taught, with an architect’s eye for structure, he has created over 350 original menus drawn from global cuisines and local produce.
What to Expect

Arrive from 7.30 pm. Dinner begins at 7.45 pm and ends by 10.15 pm.

• Bring an object that carries a story.
• Two drinks are included, a mocktail or cocktail curated by Chef Kuv for the menu.
• The Polaroid marks the end of the evening.

• Hold these three questions until the main course: what you do, where you are from, how long you have been in Dubai. Leaving them unasked is part of the evening.
• Dress code: Shades of Cocoa.
• You may bring a bottle of grape. Spirits and liquors are not allowed.
• Major food allergies can be accommodated within reason, at Chef Kuv’s discretion.
