Each evening unfolds course by course, with Chef Kuv rising from the shadows to tell the tale behind each dish as it arrives at the table.
A new menu each month, a new cuisine, and Chef Kuv's own point of view on food, known to regular diners as Kuvisine. Tonight there is no single country on the plate, only flavour. This is the one night of the year the chef abandons his own laws and cooks on instinct alone. Flavour is king, and flavour keeps no curfew.
About the Chef
Chef Kuv pioneered Dubai's supper club culture, conjuring the city's first home-based underground supper club out of nothing but nerve and appetite. Self-taught, with an architect's eye for structure, he has built over 350 original menus drawn from the world's kitchens and local produce. He is a culture maker, and he sets a table where those who live a little outside the lines are always the honoured guests.
What to Expect
Come open, curious, and unafraid. Come as someone else if you dare. The rest reveals itself at the table, once the veil has thinned.
