Sa'Cha by Pang welcomes LahKee, a Chef-Led Omakase Collaboration to Dubai Creek Harbour on September 26, bringing four chefs together for a six-course omakase shaped by memory, technique and creative freedom.

Founded by Malaysian-born Pang and Colombian-born Chef Nicolas Badran, Sa'Cha is proudly self-funded and true to its home-grown roots. Pang brings 19 years of experience across Singapore, the UAE and beyond, including tenures with international restaurant groups such as Head Chef of COYA and Executive Chef of SUSHISAMBA. 

Nicolas, meanwhile, brings a Latin American perspective shaped by his Colombian heritage and an international career spanning kitchens such as Astrid y Gastón in Lima, Manko in Paris and SUSHISAMBA Dubai. Together, their combined experience has shaped Sa'Cha's distinctive identity — a meeting point between Latin American flavours and contemporary Asian technique.

The four chefs bring their own memories, influences and techniques to the table, creating a menu that moves between Sa’Cha’s Latin-Asian identity and LahKee’s Filipino, Japanese and Chinese influences.
