Inspired by the city’s neighbourhood bakeries, local baqalas, canteens, fishermen, spice merchants and beloved chai shops, this menu revisits the places and traditions that helped shape Dubai’s food culture.
Through familiar ingredients, nostalgic flavours and contemporary interpretations, each course tells a little story of the city, celebrating its heritage while bringing it to the table in a new way.
